MEET CHRISTINA SHOOK
Owner & Designer, Blue Willow Interiors
With a heart for hospitality and an eye for beauty, I bring a rich and varied background to Blue Willow Interiors — one that blends business savvy, creative spirit, and a lifelong love of home. Before launching my own firm, I spent two decades in the financial services industry, where I led strategic initiatives and built trusted relationships through thoughtful, results-driven work. That experience sharpened my business acumen and taught me the value of clarity, care, and precision — qualities I now bring to every design project.
My entrepreneurial journey began with a retail business specializing in furniture, antiques, and home accessories. That chapter deepened my appreciation for craftsmanship, storytelling, and the art of creating spaces that feel collected and personal. I later returned to my family’s roots in the landscape industry, designing outdoor environments that were as functional as they were beautiful. For five years, I served as the manager of a boutique furniture and interior design store in Athens, Georgia — a role that allowed me to blend leadership, customer service, and design expertise in a setting that felt like home. That experience, paired with my passion for color, texture, and timeless style, inspired me to launch Blue Willow Interiors.
I believe a home should be lived in, not just looked at. My goal is to help clients create spaces that reflect their lifestyle, evolve with them, and welcome others with warmth and grace. Outside of design, I’m a proud wife to Chris, mom to Ian, and caretaker to six beloved fur babies. I serve as a Medical Responder with Oconee County Fire Rescue and co-founded Southern Belles United, a nonprofit supporting communities in crisis. I’m also a breast cancer survivor and thriver — passionate about walking alongside other women on their journey.
Above all, I’m a child of God, a woman of purpose, and someone who believes that beauty begins with intention.
